Which models have a belt/chain?
For the Sienna XL30, all cars feature a timing chain while for the previous two generations only the 3.5L had a chain while the 3.0L and 3.3L had a belt. The 3.3 L features a five speed transmission and has an ultra low emission vehicle certification. In 2007, the 3.5L V6 was introduced and had a a ULEV II certification with a better tire pressure monitor. The 2.7L Sienna was the first Toyota minivan to feature a four cylinder engine in close to 15 years. The 2GR-FKS engine featured an eight speed transmission and even more power.
