In this year range, Lancer cars with the Orion, Sirius and 4G9 engines such as the 4G15, 4G93, 4G63 etc all have a timing belt.

2007 - 2017:

From 2007 to 2017, the only car with a belt is the 2.0L VW diesel and the rest such as the 4A91, 4A92, 4B10 etc have a timing chain.
